A slightly spicy tomato & vegetable soup. Sprinkle tortilla chips on top and you have an authentic Tex-Mex meal! Simply add water! Serves 6 people.
You will need:
6 cups water and chicken is Optional
Directions:
Whisk contents of package into 6 cups warm water. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes. Add a 12 oz. can of chicken or 1 cup of cooked chicken if desired.
